Laura Jones

Laura Jones has diverse experience in people operations and IT support. Currently serving as a Secondment - People Operations Partner and previously as a People Hub Coordinator at Aster Group UK since September 2022, Laura manages contractual changes and the leaver process for employees. Prior to this role, Laura worked at Millfield School for over five years, first as a First Line IT Support Technician, assisting staff and students with technical issues, and later as a Junior Systems Advisor, enhancing customer service and administrative skills. Additional roles included a Saturday Sales Negotiator at Tor Estates and customer service positions at Costa Coffee and Brewers Fayre Limited. Laura completed education at Crispin School from 2011 to 2015.
