Ciara Escobar, PMP, CSM, has a diverse work experience in project management and consulting. Currently, they serve as the Director of Clinico Genomic Data Delivery at Aster Insights, where they oversee data integration and quality control to ensure the seamless release of clinico-genomic data products. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Program Manager at Aster Insights.
Before joining Aster Insights, Ciara worked as a Program Manager at Coresecure, Inc., where they facilitated collaboration between clients and development teams. Ciara'sresponsibilities included project documentation, budget and schedule management, milestone completions, and stakeholder communication.
Ciara began their career at Deloitte, where they held various roles, including Strategy and Operations Senior Manager and consultant. In these positions, they led numerous business transformation projects and business development initiatives. Ciara'swork involved managing multi-functional teams and executing activities such as transformation strategy development and process improvement.
Ciara Escobar, PMP, CSM has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Ciara also has an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville, completed from 2007 to 2008. In 2017 to 2018, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from Boston University. Additionally, Ciara holds certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Ciara also has a certification called Strategic Project Leader (SPL) from The Technological Leadership Institute - The SPL Group.
