Shane Huntsman has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Shane started their career at 67th CSH as the NCOIC Anatomic Pathology, where they managed the operations for 13 medical facilities. Shane then joined Moffitt Cancer Center as an Anatomic Pathology Tech, responsible for tissue collection and handling for cancer research protocols. At Moffitt Cancer Center, they later became the Supervisor of Tissue Acquisition.
Afterward, they joined Aster Insights as the Consortium Site Network & Biorepository Operations Director, in charge of the collection, processing, storage, and release of human tissues for the Total Cancer Care protocol. Shane then became the Director of Operational Services & Support, before their most recent role as the Senior Director of Clinical Integration & Informatics, where they managed the strategic acquisition and utilization of clinical data for M2Gen products and processes.
Shane Huntsman completed their Master of Science in Health Law & Policy at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended the University of South Florida from 2004 to 2007, where they studied Bioethics/Public Health Management but did not receive a degree. Shane also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida from 2000 to 2003. Shane Huntsman earned their high school diploma from Perry High School from 1985 to 1988.
