Kim Morrow

Kim Morrow is an executive coach, consultant, workshop facilitator and public speaker. Fueled by an inimitable optimism and love of people, Kim has partnered with top-tier institutions across the country to enhance performance in the areas of leadership, communications skills and team alignment. She also partners with leaders to address critical internal issues related to employee engagement, professional development and people management.

Kim has partnered with numerous financial firms including, BlackRock, AEA Investors, Francisco Partners, KKR, Silicon Valley Bank, SilverLake, and TPG, Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles. She is a 4th generation San Franciscan and currently resides in Orinda, California with her husband and two children.
