Philip Mazzara

Philip Mazzara is currently the General Counsel & Secretary at Astera Labs, where Philip has been since February 2022. Prior to this, Philip held the roles of VP of Legal at Astera Labs and VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Innovium, Inc. from August 2015 to December 2021. Before transitioning to the corporate world, Philip served as a Naval Officer / Aviator in the US Navy from May 2000 to August 2011. Philip holds a JD from Stanford Law School, an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
