Wenge Zhu

Wenge Zhu currently serves as the Tech Lead Electrical Validation Engineer at Astera Labs, focusing on DDR5 Phy Compliance and PCIe Gen5 Testing. Prior experience includes roles at Intel Corporation, where Wenge led the development of validation scripts and Post-Si teams for DDR5 memory interfaces, and at Itron, Inc. as a Staff Electrical Engineer, involving the development of communication modules and board validation. Early career experiences encompass research at Clemson University and internships where Wenge contributed to the design and testing of RFID sensors and SoC peripherals. Wenge Zhu holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and a Master's degree from Zhejiang University.
