Heather Tomlinson, MPH, PMP, serves as a Senior Analyst for Environmental Health and Immunizations at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials since November 2022, focusing on immunization legislative policy analysis and monitoring emerging issues in this field. Prior to this role, Tomlinson was a Program Specialist VI at the Texas Department of State Health Services, where responsibilities included developing policies for the Texas Adult Safety Net program and leading efforts in HIV epidemiology.
