Kimberlee Wyche Etheridge, MD, MPH has an extensive work experience in the field of public health and healthcare. Kimberlee'smost recent role is as the Senior Vice President of Health Equity and Diversity Initiatives at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2021, they served as the Assistant Director of Public Health Practice and Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Meharry Medical College. Prior to that, they worked as a Pediatric/Adolescent Health Provider at the Brockton Neighborhood Health Center from 1996 to 1999.

Kimberlee Wyche Etheridge, MD, MPH received their Bachelor's Degree in English and Spanish from Amherst College in 1987. Kimberlee then pursued a Master's Degree in Family and Community Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 1999-2000. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Weston High School in Weston, MA from 1979 to 1983. Kimberlee also studied Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de San Luis, Madrid in 1985. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Pediatrics from University of MA School of Medicine.
