Megan Watkins Harris

Megan leads the organization’s efforts to connect corporate entities with our program, portfolio and expertise in driving success for inclusive management teams. Megan returns to Astia after working for the organization early in her career. She brings more than a decade of experience in both commercial development and investment roles in biopharmaceutical, medical device and consumer product companies. Most recently, Megan strategized new funding models and conducted diligence for a group of private investors. While working at Revance Therapeutics, Inc. (RVNC), Megan supported key relationship development and early commercial strategy for their topical botulinum toxin program. Her management of their OTC skincare brand garnered two Allure Magazine Best of Beauty awards, and a corporate partner acquisition of the technology.
