Rob Wyke

Rob Wyke is a seasoned professional in the housing and property development sector, currently serving as a Partner at Astir Living since July 2020, where the focus is on creating inclusive communities where renting is a lifestyle choice. Wyke is also a Founding Partner at SPRING Residential since January 2017. Previous experience includes a role as Partner at Fusion from January 2013 to July 2017, specializing in design-led residential development in Central London, and a Consultant for various property and development projects from January 2009 to December 2012. Earlier positions include Land Director at Linden Homes and Development Manager at Berkeley Group Plc. Rob Wyke holds a BA (Hons) in Architecture from The University of Manchester and has educational background from The University of Salford and Bedford High School.
