Iraklis Pavlou has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Iraklis'smost recent position was as the Group CFO at Astir since October 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Vice Chairman of the Board at Astir Marina Vouliagmenis starting in September 2021. Iraklis also held the role of Group CFO at Intradevelopment (Intracom/Intrakat Group) from September 2017 to October 2019. Iraklis served in various capacities at Intracom, including Group Director of Products Performance Monitoring and Optimization, Group Director of Global Operations, ITOps and HR, Director of Subsidiaries' Finance & Business Development, Deputy Director of Subsidiaries' Finance & Business Development, and Enterprise Planning Manager between 2005 and 2015. Additionally, Iraklis worked as a Business Development Consultant and Senior Business Analyst at Kantor Management Consultants from 2001 to 2005. Iraklis began their career as a Financial Analyst & Treasury Analyst at Athens International Airport in 2000 and as an Investment Analyst at Athens Derivatives Exchange ADEX in 1999. Iraklis also founded their own company, Pavlou Iraklis Co. Corporate Gifts, in 1995.
Iraklis Pavlou's education history begins in 1982 when they enrolled at the Hellenic American Educational Foundation Athens College - Psychico College. Iraklis completed their high school education there in 1994.
In 1995, Pavlou attended The American College of Greece, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Iraklis completed their undergraduate studies in 1998.
After obtaining their BA, Pavlou went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Economics and Finance at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. Iraklis attended the university from 1998 to 1999.
In addition to their formal education, Pavlou also obtained a certification in Scotwork Advancing Negotiation Skills from Scotwork Hellas in April 2016.
