Alisha Rege

Alisha Rege is a seasoned professional with a strong background in portfolio operations and strategy development. Currently serving as Vice President of Portfolio Operations at Astira Capital Partners since February 2025, Alisha previously worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate, where significant accomplishments included a transformation strategy that resulted in a $45M EBITDA increase for a startup and managing a team that uncovered a $12-18B opportunity in Hollywood. Alisha co-founded and served as CEO of Genuine Gesture, driving market research for an AI-based translation product, and gained experience through consulting roles at EY-Parthenon and a Series A healthcare startup. Academic credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
