Joe Dibernardo

Joe DiBernardo started their career in 2013 as a Recruiter at Aerotek and worked their way up to become an Account Manager, Divisional Practice Leader, and eventually the Director of Business Operations. In 2020, they joined Aston Carter as the Director of Sales Operations and later took on roles such as Director of Market Operations and Managing Director of the Northeast Region. Joe'scurrent position at Aston Carter is the Director of Strategic Client Development. Throughout their career, Joe has been responsible for leading specialized sales teams and partnering with customers to provide top talent in various industries.

Joe DiBernardo attended Smithtown High School East, where they completed their high school education. Joe then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from the State University of New York Cortland, graduating in 2012.
