Zack Lazenby

Zack Lazenby is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter Practice Lead at Aston Carter since August 2020, Zack has also held positions as a Recruiter Practice Lead and Recruiter. Prior to this, Zack worked as a Recruiting Coordinator/Head Assistant at Indiana University South Bend from August 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities included organizing recruiting strategies and evaluating potential recruits. Additionally, Zack coordinated prospect camps at First Bank Performance Center, handling financial oversight and marketing efforts. Zack holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Indiana University South Bend, completed between 2016 and 2018.
