Hanco Minnaar

Hanco Minnaar has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. From March to June 2020, they worked as a Research Associate at pinpoint one human resources. Hanco then joined People Power Placements (Pty) Ltd., where they held multiple roles. From October 2020 to February 2022, they served as an Executive Researcher, conducting research on targeted companies and generating candidates through various methods. From February 2021 to February 2022, they worked as a Senior Executive Researcher, collaborating with department managers and attracting suitable candidates. Lastly, from February 2022 to May 2023, they held the position of Head of Search/Talent, where they liaised with clients to determine recruitment needs and sourced potential candidates through various channels. In June 2023, Hanco Minnaar joined Aston Holmes as an Executive Search Consultant, where their role focuses on attracting and hiring the best talent for clients and propelling businesses to new heights.

Hanco Minnaar pursued their education in the field of Psychology. From 2017 to 2019, they attended North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology. Following this, from 2020 to 2021, Hanco enrolled at SACAP (The South African College of Applied Psychology) to complete an Honours degree in Psychology.
