Sophie Doherty

Sophie Doherty is a seasoned professional in recruitment and digital marketing, currently serving as a Research Consultant for Executive Search at Fortune Hill since May 2025. Previously, Sophie worked at Sphere Digital Recruitment Group from August 2022 to May 2025 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in digital marketing recruitment across Europe and for leading brands in Ireland. Prior to that, Sophie held various roles in recruitment and digital marketing, including positions at Meta as a Social Media Marketing Specialist and at Cognizant as a Senior Process Executive for Google Maps. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Commerce International with a focus on French from University College Dublin and completed an Erasmus exchange at TBS Education.
