Savita Kudhail

Savita Kudhail has a diverse work experience in human resources. Savita currently works as the Human Resources Director at Aston Manor Cider since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Human Resources at the same company since June 2019. Before joining Aston Manor Cider, Savita worked at Stadco Limited as an HR Manager, where they played a significant role in a culture change program and had overall accountability for approximately 600 employees. Savita also served as an HR & EHS Manager at the Castle Bromwich site, where they were responsible for the EHS & HR Strategy for the site. Savita was a stand-alone HR Manager at BORGERS LIMITED, where they focused on business partnering with the Managing Director and restructuring the HR Department. Savita also held positions at Mondelēz International, Cadbury plc., Birmingham City Council, and 2 Sisters Food Group, where they had various HR roles with responsibilities such as employee relations, business partnership, content development, and multi-site HR strategy.

Savita Kudhail completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2015 to 2017, they studied Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP) at Taylored Life Company. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Wolverhampton. Savita'sundergraduate education was from 2000 to 2003 at UCE, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Combined Studies in Business.
