Taylor Forshee, MBA, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Currently, they are working at Innovia Consulting as a Human Resources Manager, a role they have held since July 2021. Prior to obtaining a graduate degree, Taylor completed a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at Viterbo University from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Taylor obtained an Associate's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Western Technical College - Company between 2014 and 2017.

Furthermore, Taylor has pursued various certifications to enhance their skills. In 2016, Taylor obtained the OSHA 30-hour General Industry Safety and Health certification from OSHA. Additionally, in 2017, Taylor achieved certifications in Marketing and Microsoft Office Basic from Western Technical College - Company. Most recently, in 2021, Taylor became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
