Furthermore, Taylor has pursued various certifications to enhance their skills. In 2016, Taylor obtained the OSHA 30-hour General Industry Safety and Health certification from OSHA. Additionally, in 2017, Taylor achieved certifications in Marketing and Microsoft Office Basic from Western Technical College - Company. Most recently, in 2021, Taylor became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
