Sophie Ackland

Sophie Ackland is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in diverse roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Aston Martin F1 Team since May 2024, Sophie previously held the same title at WAE, where responsibilities included HR, Internal Communications, and Legal.
