Billy Breckon

Billy Breckon is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Supplier Quality Leader for Powertrain at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd since January 2024, Billy previously held various roles at Ballard Motive Solutions, including Project Systems Engineer, where responsibilities included developing vehicle systems models using SysML, and Delivery Engineer focusing on major component specification. At Jaguar Land Rover, Billy excelled as Project Engineer for the iPace Electric Drive Units, implementing quality issue resolutions and improving production standards, and also as Lead Delivery Driveline Component Engineer for the new Range Rover Evoque. Early career experience includes serving as Senior Beach Lifeguard and Inshore Rescue Boat Trainer with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. Billy holds a BEng in Motorcycle Engineering from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
