Kellyann Weaver

Kellyann Weaver is an experienced quality manager and project leader currently employed at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd since September 2017, having previously held roles as a senior engineer and quality engineer. Prior experience includes a tenure at Unipart Powertrain Applications as a quality engineer and various positions within the Unipart Group, including graduate practitioner and continuous improvement engineer. Kellyann began an engineering career as a team leader at Kautex-Unipart and has also worked as a quality engineer at Mercedes Benz HPE, where independent projects focused on system robustness and quality inspection improvements. An engineering intern at Jaguar Land Rover provided initial exposure to research and project tasks. Kellyann holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Motorsport Engineering from Brunel University, emphasizing expertise in vehicle design and performance.
