Richard Collar

Richard Collar is the current Head of Revenue and Business Development at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Collar served as Vice President of Sales for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North America from March 2010 until May 2024, and held various sales management positions across different regions and functions within Rolls-Royce. Collar's earlier experience includes roles at BMW Group, where responsibilities spanned sales controlling and international sales planning, as well as significant positions at Rover Group, focusing on sales reporting and logistics strategy. Richard Collar holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and an MSc in Engineering and Business Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
