Tushar Baviskar is a highly experienced professional in vehicle safety and crash protection, currently serving as the Vehicle Safety Programme Attribute leader for Pedestrian Safety at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd since February 2015. In this role, Tushar is responsible for developing technological strategies and program timing to ensure compliance with pedestrian legislation during the styling phase. Prior to this, Tushar worked as a Scientist at SABIC Innovative Plastics from September 2014 to February 2015, focusing on lightweight technologies and crash countermeasures, as well as managing intellectual property related to the development of plastic parts. Tushar's career also includes a tenure as a Senior CAE Project Engineer at General Motors from July 2007 to August 2014, where responsibilities included pedestrian protection, conducting CAE analyses, and developing countermeasures to meet safety performance targets. Tushar holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Design of Mechanical Equipments from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
