Edwin L. Bedford, MBA PMP ITIL-F

Edwin L. Bedford, MBA PMP ITIL-F has extensive work experience, starting with their tenure in the US Army from 1984 to 1993, where they served as a Sergeant and 2nd Lieutenant in the Reserves. In 1993, they joined Verizon Business, where they worked their way up from Tech to Lead, Supervisor, and Manager. In 2006, they moved to Mosaic as an Associate Director. In 2008, they joined Cheyenne Mountain Zoo as Director of Operations, and in 2016 they were promoted to Vice President of Guest Experiences, HR and IT. Most recently, in 2021 they joined Astor & Sanders as Director of Operations.

Edwin L. Bedford holds an MBA from Regis University, which they obtained in 2003 in the field of E-Business. Edwin L. also holds a BA from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, which they obtained in 1993 in the field of Organizational Communications. In addition, they hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in November 2013, and an ITIL Foundations 2011 certification from ITIL Certified.
