Thomas Volmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Board Member at France-IX and Director, Head of Global Content Delivery Policy at Netflix, Thomas leads global content delivery public policy and supports advocacy efforts. As a Limited Partner at astoryaVC and a Visiting Lecturer at Télécom ParisTech, Thomas shares expertise in cloud infrastructure. Previously, Thomas held senior leadership roles at Google, overseeing datacenter expansion and interconnect strategies in EMEA, and managed regulatory affairs at Orange.
