Nayanita Chakraborty

Nayanita Chakraborty has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Nayanita is currently the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Astound Commerce, where they are responsible for driving transformation and efficiency in the talent acquisition function. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Manager at Annalect India, leading hiring efforts and implementing growth plans. Nayanita also served as a Team Lead - Expert Talent Acquisition at METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry, where they developed and implemented recruitment processes and managed agency partnerships. In their role as Team Lead – Talent Acquisition at Talent Anywhere, Nayanita managed PAN India recruitment for international clients and received awards for their strategic delivery and team management. Nayanita started their career as a Human Resource Executive at Sellcraft Softech Pvt Ltd and later worked as an Assistant Manager Human Resource at Presidency College Bangalore.

Nayanita Chakraborty has a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relation and Personnel Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008. Nayanita also has an MSc in Industrial Psychology from Bangalore University, completed from 2005 to 2007. Nayanita completed their 10th standard education in ICSE from Bishop Cotton Girls High School, spanning from 1988 to 2000. Additionally, they hold certifications in Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment, Managing High Potentials, Developing Adaptability as a Manager, and Igniting Emotional Engagement from LinkedIn, which were obtained in the year 2020.
