Tracy Brutcher

Tracy Brutcher is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Astound Broadband since June 2021, Tracy has previously held key HR leadership positions at Wave Broadband and Grande Communications Networks LLC as VP of Human Resources. Tracy's HR expertise encompasses strategic planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and project management. Earlier career roles include positions at Trimble Navigation, VertiCom, and Micro Electronic Products, where responsibilities ranged from human resources generalist to manager. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science degree in Occupational Workforce and Leadership Studies from Texas State University and has also studied at Sonoma State University.
