Guruh M. has over 17 years of experience in the agriculture and technology sectors, currently serving as SVP of Innovation & Agritech at PT. Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk since 2006. In this role, Guruh M. focuses on leveraging technology to enhance value in agriculture, emphasizing the rapid pace of technological advancement. Prior to this, Guruh M. held various HR positions and managed strategic projects at PT Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia from 2004 to 2006, culminating in the role of Personnel & GA Head Group. Guruh M. holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Indonesia.
