Dean Burell

Dean Burell has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1992. Dean began their career as a Technical Marketing Specialist/Business Development at Avalon Software, Inc. From 1995 to 2010, they worked at IBM as an Applications Engineer/Sales Engineer and at PwC as a Director and Sr. Consultant. In 2014, they established Burell Consulting, LLC, where they served as Managing Partner. At the same time, they became an Entrepreneur, Consultant, and Coach. In 2019, they became Director of Business Development at Canyon Tech. In 2021, they joined Astra Canyon Group LLC as Director of Services Sales and Director - Consulting & Software Sales. Finally, in 2023, they began working as an Instructor/Consultant at Work Place Self-Defense Training.

Dean Burell received their Diploma from Sabino High School in 1985. Dean then attended the University of Arizona, graduating in 1990 with a BSBA in Dual Major Operations Management and Management Information Systems. Finally, they completed their MBA/GM in Global Management at the University of Phoenix in 2004.
