Jana Reid

Jana Reid is a seasoned banking and finance professional with extensive experience in transaction services and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Transaction Services Sales at NatWest Group since January 2025, Jana leads a team focused on sales of cash management and card solutions for large corporates, financial institutions, and fintechs across the UK and Europe. Prior to this role, Jana was involved with TrueLayer as the Banks and Industry Strategic Partnerships lead, where responsibilities included building partnerships for recurring payments and product expansion in the UK and Europe. Jana's earlier career included key roles at Citi, focusing on cross-border payments and client solutions, as well as being the CEO and co-founder of a startup company, Galaxia com. Academic credentials include a FinTech Executive Programme from Harvard University, an MSc in CEMS International Management from Università Bocconi, and an MSc in Business Administration and Management from Prague University of Economics and Business.
