Bill Radford

Bill Radford has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Bill currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer at EdgePresence since 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Lexicon International from 2012, focusing on international call center IT infrastructure and security certifications.

Before Lexicon International, Bill held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Astra Global starting in 2009. From 2008 to 2017, they served as the CTO at Radius Global Solutions LLC, leading the development of innovative accounts receivable and revenue cycle management solutions.

Earlier in their career, Bill worked as the Director of Operations at Time Warner Telecom in 2007 and as the Regional Director of Operations at Level 3 Communications in 2006. Bill also worked at TelCove from 2000 to 2006 as the Regional Operations Manager, overseeing operations and project management in multiple states.

Bill's work experience began in 1994 at ICG, where they served as the Director of Operations, responsible for the daily operations of the transport and IP network.

Bill Radford obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management from Devry University, completing their studies between 2005 and 2007.
