Roy Sitepu

Roy Sitepu has extensive experience in human capital management, currently serving as the Head of Human Capital Operation & Services at PT Astra Graphia Tbk since November 2008. In various roles within the company, including Head of Human Capital Operation and Development and Branch Manager, Roy has focused on enhancing organizational readiness to meet challenges effectively. Previous positions include HR/Training Program Leader, where Roy evaluated learning and development programs to boost business performance for sales and IT consultants, and Business Consultant, responsible for customer satisfaction and business growth in key accounts. Before joining PT Astra Graphia, Roy worked as the Bandung Coordinator for Asus Indonesia, conducting marketing activities. Roy holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
