Audrey Natasha has extensive experience in various roles related to talent management, leadership development, recruitment, and employer branding. Audrey has worked at PT Astra International Tbk in roles such as Corporate People Development Analyst, Faculty Member at Astra Management Development Institute, and Recruitment & Employer Branding Analyst. Audrey has also worked as a Teacher, Vice President of Marketing and Communication at BINUS English Club, and Coordinator of Funding at The 2011 Southeast Asian English Olympics. Audrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Literature from Bina Nusantara University and a background in Physical Sciences from SMAK Sang Timur.
