Agung Nugroho

Agung Nugroho has a strong background in IT infrastructure and security, with experience in various managerial roles. Agung started their career in 2000 as an IT System Engineer at PT Mitra Info Parama. Agung then joined Manulife in 2002, where they served as an IT Network and System Administrator before being promoted to IT Network - System Administrator Manager. In 2009, they moved to PwC as an IT Infrastructure Specialist before returning to Manulife as an IT Infrastructure Manager. In 2013, they joined Aviva as Head of IT Infrastructure and Security. After a year, they joined Astra Life in 2014, initially as Head of IT Infrastructure and Security, then served as Head of IT Satellite Applications and Head of IT Production Support. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Digital and Cyber Security Department at Astra Life.

Agung Nugroho holds a Magister Management degree in Operation Management from the University of Indonesia (2011-2013). Agung also obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Management Information Systems from Universitas Gunadarma (1994-1999). Prior to that, they completed their high school education at SMAN 12 Jakarta, specializing in Physics (1991-1994). In addition, Agung has obtained several certifications, including ITIL V4 Strategist Direct Plan and Improve (2022), ITIL V4 Create Deliver Support (2021), Indonesia Scrum Product Owner (2020), Indonesia Scrum Master (2020), and ITIL V4 Foundation (2019).
