Leen Van Alphen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Astra Sweets since September 2022, Leen has previously held the position of HR Manager Benelux at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions from October 2017 to September 2022. Prior experiences include roles as HR Manager and HR Specialist at GE Water & Process Technologies from April 2014 to September 2017, as well as positions as HR Process Expert and HR Administrator at GE Corporate from December 2009 to March 2014. Leen holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work with a focus on Personnel Work/Human Resources from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, earned between 2007 and 2009.

We mainly develop and manufacture private label products, but also have a number of strong brands in our portfolio, including Frisia. Within 3 product categories: gums, mallows and UFOs, we capitalise on trends and develop new ones ourselves, in order to give clients every opportunity and to surprise consumers.
