Kullen Weiss

Kullen Weiss is a Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR functions and experience in Environmental Health and Safety. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Astral since March 2023, Kullen previously worked as a Recruiter at Osborn and as a Human Resources Coordinator at FRAM Group. With nearly two years of hands-on experience, responsibilities have included managing union relations, OSHA compliance, workers' compensation, and conducting employee orientations, among other tasks. Kullen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Ball State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech Community College.
