Dan Pringle

Dan Pringle is a Business Partner and Senior Managing Consultant at Astral Legal since July 2020, where expertise lies in managing the careers of fee earners across London, North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, with a focus on exclusive partnerships. Prior to this, Dan worked at Hays from January 2018 to July 2020 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, focusing on recruitment for Big 4, international firms, and regional firms. Dan began a recruitment career at Sainsbury's from August 2016 to January 2018, supporting the in-house Direct Sourcing team in filling senior management positions across the UK. Dan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Leadership, and Leisure from The University of Manchester, completed in 2016, alongside prior education at The Joseph Rowntree School from 2006 to 2013.
