Siddharth Jain

Siddharth Jain has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. SIDDHARTH most recently worked at Astral Limited as the Head of the Talent Acquisition Group. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Arvind Limited, including Senior General Manager of Human Resources in the Arvind Advanced Materials Division and Head of HR in the Advanced Materials Division and Envisol. Before joining Arvind Limited, Siddharth worked at Adani Ports and SEZ as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Management. SIDDHARTH also worked at Manpower as the Regional Head for Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Energy & Healthcare Practice and at Randstad India as the Regional Head. Siddharth began their career in business development at INDIACOM LIMITED. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in talent acquisition, talent management, HR operations, and business development.

Siddharth Jain earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya between 1996 and 1998. SIDDHARTH also obtained additional certifications, including the Adani Emerging Leadership Program from the Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management in 2013, and certifications in Certified Thomas Profiling and Competency Based Behavioral Interviewing from Thomas Assessments Pvt Ltd in the Indian and SAARC Region.
