Clare Hudock

Clare Hudock is an experienced professional in healthcare management and policy with a robust background in payer relations, value-based performance, and strategic development. Currently serving as Manager of Payer Relations & Contracting at Astrana Health since April 2025, Clare previously held multiple managerial roles at SOMOS Innovation from April 2021 to April 2025. Clare's earlier experience includes positions at the New York State Department of Health as a Student Assistant to the Commissioner, and at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) as a Research Manager overseeing client solutions in healthcare. Clare also contributed as a Health Policy Intern for the United States Senate and held administrative roles within the City of Detroit's health department and Mayor's campaign. Clare holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
