Adora Padilla

Adora Padilla possesses extensive experience in biopharmaceutical development, with a focus on vaccine strategy and formulation science. Currently serving as Head of CMC Project Leadership and Vaccine Strategy at AstraZeneca, Adora Padilla works collaboratively across therapeutic areas and CMC teams to ensure successful implementation of vaccine and biologics portfolios. Previous roles include Senior Director and Head of Drug Product Development at GSK, as well as positions at Novartis Vaccines and Eisai US, where expertise in regulatory filings and formulation science was developed. Adora Padilla holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Connecticut and a BS in Chemistry and Biochemistry from James Madison University.
