Daniella Cummings

Daniella Cummings (Bellafiore) is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for AstraZeneca in the Americas and US, Daniella oversees recruitment activities across various talent segments, including R&D and Operations. Prior roles at AstraZeneca include Global Talent Acquisition Lead for the Oncology Business Unit and Team Leader for Talent Acquisition in Oncology R&D. Before joining AstraZeneca, Daniella held multiple positions at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President of Experienced Hire Recruiting for the Investment Management Division, where Daniella led lateral recruiting efforts and campus recruitment strategies. Daniella holds a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Villanova University.
