Eleonora Fava

Eleonora Fava currently serves as Senior Research Scientist in Early Chemical Development at AstraZeneca, a position held since May 2020. Prior to this role, Fava was Associate Principal Scientist in Process Chemistry at Pharmaron from June 2018 to April 2020 and worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Kyoto University Graduate School of Science from October 2016 to November 2017. Earlier experience includes a Postdoctoral Researcher role at KAUST from April 2016 to October 2016 and a Research Assistant position at RWTH Aachen University from October 2015 to March 2016. Fava holds a Dr. rer. nat. in Organic Chemistry from RWTH Aachen University (2011-2015), a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Sapienza Università di Roma (2009-2010), and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the same institution (2005-2009).
