Gena Restivo

Gena Restivo is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience at AstraZeneca, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Affairs & Sustainability, where the focus is on developing strategies and building partnerships to enhance health and sustainability. Gena has held several key HR leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources & Communications and Interim Head of Human Resources for Canada, while also managing IT operations as Director of Information Technology. Gena's tenure includes responsibilities for organizational change, employee engagement, and service delivery across various functions. In addition to leadership at AstraZeneca, Gena is a board member of the Mississauga Board of Trade. Gena's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and additional qualifications in project management and leadership.
