Hany Taha, MD, BCMAS, is the Area Medical Lead at AstraZeneca for MEA, Russia, and Eurasia, where they focus on rare diseases and patient outcomes. With over 24 years of experience in medical affairs and clinical research, Hany has held leadership roles at renowned organizations including Roche, Pfizer, Novartis, and Alexion. They have a Doctor of Medicine degree from Ain Shams University and are a certified Medical Affairs Specialist. Currently, Hany drives strategic medical initiatives and collaboration across regional markets to improve patient access and innovative treatment solutions.
