Hui Zheng

Hui Zheng currently serves as the Head of Manufacturing at AstraZeneca since August 2025. Prior to this role, Hui held various leadership positions at Lonza, focusing on operations and commercialization for the Cell & Gene Therapy unit, where supervision extended over 150 personnel. At Novartis Morris Plains Cell & Gene, Hui led the Project Management Office to enhance project governance and align with strategic plans, while earlier roles at Novartis included directing operational excellence initiatives and managing manufacturing operations with significant accountability for training and safety standards. Hui holds a Master's degree in Biochemical Engineering from Tianjin University.
