Isabel Rosa

Isabel Rosa, MSc, PhD, PMP, is a project lead scientist with expertise in cell therapy and extensive experience in developing complex cell models to understand disease mechanisms and support therapy development. Their career includes roles as a Senior Research Scientist at AstraZeneca and a Senior Scientist at Horizon Discovery, where they focused on cell therapy and immunology screening. Isabel earned a PhD in Functional Genomics from the University of Cambridge and holds a Master's in Biological Engineering from Universidade do Minho. They also participated as a consultant in commercialization projects at the Cambridge Judge Business School, demonstrating a keen interest in startup business development.
