Jenny Carswell

Jenny Carswell is a seasoned UX Design Director currently leading a team at AstraZeneca since June 2025, focusing on high-quality design deliverables for enterprise IT initiatives. Prior to this role, Jenny served as Senior Director of User Experience at McGraw Hill, where leadership spanned a team of 15 designers and involved significant organizational growth. At EPAM Continuum, Jenny was pivotal in client engagement strategies and was honored with the 2020 EPAM Leadership Impact Award for excellence in results. Earlier experiences include leading product design at GetWellNetwork. Jenny's education includes time spent at the School of Communication Arts and William & Mary.
