JIANG WEI (Wayne) is an experienced professional in the field of quality assurance and auditing with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Global Quality Audit at AstraZeneca since August 2014, JIANG leads GxP auditing and is IRCA certified as a GMP Auditor. Previous roles include Regional QA Manager OTC at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where oversight of manufactured OTC products involved GMP audits and FDA inspections, and QA Lead at Johnson & Johnson, where JIANG's leadership contributed to achieving a record low in customer complaints and receiving the 'J&J Hipo Talent Award.' Earlier experience as a Material Assurance Officer at GE Healthcare involved managing material changes and supporting QA in significant sourcing projects. JIANG holds a Bachelor's Degree in Bio-Pharmaceutical from China Pharmaceutical University.
