Karolina Les

Karolina Les is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and scientific research in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Director of Global Project Management for Early Respiratory & Immunology at AstraZeneca since May 2016, Karolina has held various roles including Associate Director and Senior Manager. Prior to AstraZeneca, Karolina contributed at MedImmune as a CMC Project Associate and Scientist I, focusing on CMC development and clinical trial support. Previous experience includes a Senior Scientist role at PolyTherics Ltd., specializing in analytical characterization of antibody-drug conjugates, and research roles in various internships. Karolina holds a PhD in Drug Delivery from The School of Pharmacy, University of London, and both an MSc and BSc in Medical Biotechnology and Biotechnology from the University of Wroclaw.
