Karolina Niewinska

Karolina Niewinska is a seasoned IT product manager and solutions architect with a strong background in procurement and financial systems management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Product Manager in Indirect Procurement at AstraZeneca since August 2025, Karolina previously held the position of Senior Solutions Architect Invoicing at Coupa Software, leading projects for global clients. Karolina's prior experience at AstraZeneca includes managing P2P systems, implementing purchasing platforms, and driving process improvements. Earlier roles at Stanley Black & Decker involved management of SAP Ariba systems and T&E operations, emphasizing efficiency and compliance. Karolina holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie.
